2. Orders & Payment

  • All products are made to order, and payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Our turnaround time is 5-7 working days.

  • Shipping options include Royal Mail 24-hour tracked and 48-hour tracked.

  • Free local collection is available.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • If your order is delayed or has not arrived, please complete our contact form or email info@uniquerainbowcreations.co.uk with your name and order number.

4. Address Errors

  • If you realise your address is incorrect and the order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately.

  • If the order has already been dispatched, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered items.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns on personalised items.

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must please complete our contact form or email info@uniquerainbowcreations.co.uk within 3 days of receiving the item with photos of the packaging and the damaged product.

6. Liability

  • Unique Rainbow Creations is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes agreement to any changes.
